Position Overview: We are seeking a dedicated individual to manage the day-to-day operations at our Portland Outpatient branches located at SW Barbur and SE Stark. As the Outpatient Services Manager, you will play a crucial role in providing leadership to enhance facility reputation, inspire team members, and ensure exceptional patient care.

Essential Duties:

  • Lead and coordinate all functions at both Portland Outpatient offices, overseeing patient services across all levels of care.
  • Supervise staff, manage payroll, and ensure high-quality patient care and documentation.
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance the reputation and growth of services in the Portland facilities.
  • Implement strategies to increase patient census, retention, and attendance in all services.
  • Ensure compliance with CARF, State of Oregon OARs, and Serenity Lane policies.
  • Optimize fiscal efficiency within the outpatient offices.
  • Assist Clinical Supervisor in facilitating supervision for clinical and non-clinical staff.
  • Conduct weekly staff meetings, clinical staff trainings, and annual reviews.
  • Participate in Outpatient manager meetings, clinical leadership meetings, marketing meetings, and community outreach initiatives.
  • Provide lectures in the Residential Program as assigned.
  • Engage in community outreach and develop partnerships to enhance facility reputation.
  • Lead and inspire the team, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.

Other Duties:

  • Provide direct patient care services as needed.
  • Familiarize oneself with Serenity Lane's Personnel and Program policies and procedures and ensure adherence.
  • Conduct oneself with integrity, honesty, respect, and patience around staff and patients.
  • Attend all assigned training sessions.
  • Perform all duties as a team player in alignment with Serenity Lane’s Mission Statement.

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities:

  • Thorough knowledge of substance use disorder treatment.
  • Proven leadership and motivational skills.
  • Strong management principles and process knowledge.
  • Excellent computer skills in software and applications.
  • Ability to meet professional staff qualifications.
  • Annual LMS Relias Training completion before the deadline.

Education, Experience:

  • Minimum of 5 years providing Substance Use Disorder treatment.

License/Certification Required:

  • CADC II or national equivalent, or higher.

  • Constantly assess the accuracy, neatness, and thoroughness of work.
  • Occasionally work in noisy environments.
  • Constantly perform sedentary work primarily involving sitting/standing.
  • Occasionally perform light work, including moving objects up to 20 pounds.
