Full-time: Monday - Friday 8:00AM – 5:00PM

Salary Range: $62,400 - $72,800 annually (commensurate with qualifications and experience)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Quality of Care Management: Ensure the delivery of the highest quality of care for patients, maintaining Serenity Lane’s standards.
  • Patient Census and Retention: Develop and implement strategies to grow and retain our patient base.
  • Staff Development: Guide and support the growth of clinical and non-clinical staff through effective training and development programs.
  • Financial Oversight: Manage financial operations to uphold fiscal responsibility and sustainability.
  • Relationship Building: Cultivate and strengthen relationships with community partners and referral sources.
  • Standards Adherence: Apply ASAM, Evidence-Based Practices, and Oregon Administrative Rules in the delivery of services, including SUD groups, individual sessions, family therapy, MAT integration, and mental health care.

Qualifications:

  • Certification: CADC II required.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years in addictions treatment required, with at least 2 years of supervisory experience preferred.
  • Knowledge: Proficient in DSM-5 criteria, Oregon Administrative Rules, DUII rehabilitation and education, ASAM standards, and confidentiality laws (CFR 42). Familiarity with client-centered care standards and experience with electronic medical records is essential.
